High-level installation plan:
1. Apply for a Curtain Frontier company administrator account
2. The company administrator creates publisher and external user accounts
3. Install the Curtain Policy Server on the administrator's workstation
4. Install the Curtain Client (Curtain e-locker Client / Curtain Lite Client) on the publisher's workstation
5. Create and configure control policy groups in the Curtain Policy Server
7. Assign publisher workstations/users to different policy groups
8. Install the Curtain Frontier Client on the external user's workstation
9. Complete
