What are the user roles in Curtain Frontier system?

 
 
Answer:The Curtain Frontier system includes three user types with distinct permissions:

1. Administrator:
  • Holds full system management rights
  • Maintains system operations, configures permissions, and manages resources/accounts
  • Target Users: IT staff, system owners

2. Publisher
  • Actively initiate file transfer and send local files to designated external users.
  • Can control file access rights, including file printing, screenshots, number of opens, and whether external users are allowed to send files back.
  • Target Users: Internal company personnel

3. External User:
  • Receive files sent by the publisher and save them to the local protection zone.
  • Uses files within predefined permission boundaries set by Publishers.
  • Target Users: External personnel such as customers and partners.
