Question:

How to setup Post File Out Control?

Answer:If users need to send protected area data to external users (such as suppliers) and ensure protection, such as restricting external file saving, printing, limits of file open times, and adding screen watermarks, users can use the "Post File Out Control" function. The permissions and operations of post out files are recorded on the cloud server, and administrators can view them at any time.

Steps for post file out control:
1. Enable post file out control in the Curtain Admin global settings.
2. Set the types of files allowed to be sent out in the Curtain Admin policy group.

Detailed operation steps are as follows:

Step 1: Enable post file out control in the Curtain Admin global settings
