| Answer: | The functions of the Curtain Frontier Web Management Console include: user management, file management, file permission settings, file logs, and configuration management. Different users (company administrators, publishers, and external users) have different functions available after logging into the console. The following is a detailed introduction:
1. Open a browser and enter the URL https://curtainfrontier.com/ to access the cloud server.
2. Enter the account and password.
* Account format: CompanyLoginName\Username
After logging in, administrators, publishers, and external users will see the following:
Company
- Displays basic company information.
Company Personnel
- Administrators can create, edit, deactivate, and delete publisher and external user accounts.
- Publishers can create, edit, deactivate, and delete external user accounts.
Files
- Administrators can manage all files uploaded by publishers, including deactivating files, deleting them, and other operations.
- Publishers can only manage files uploaded by their own accounts, including deactivating files and deleting them.
- External users can only download and view files and permissions belonging to their accounts.
File Permissions
- Administrators can manage permissions for all files, including editing and deleting permissions.
- Publishers can only manage permissions for their files, including editing and deleting permissions.
File Logs
- Administrators can view the status of all files, including events such as upload, download, open, delete, and change permissions.
- Publishers can view the status of files uploaded by their own accounts, including events such as upload, download, open, delete, and change permissions.
Configuration Management
View Curtain Admin configuration, currently supporting display of screen watermark configuration information.
