Question:

How to check hostname of a machine?

 
 
Answer:We recommand administrators to check hostname of Curtain Admin before installing Curtain Client to users' workstations. Here are the steps to check hostname of a machine.

Step 1: Launch Command Prompt in the machine which hosts Curtain Admin.
e-locker data loss prevention(DLP) -check hostname of a machine

Step 2: Enter command "hostname" in Command Prompt. Then the system shows the hostname of the machine.
