| Question: | How to reset the password when user forgot their password of Curtain Client?

| Answer: | 1. Cancel the password function in Curtain Admin
- Curtain Administrator File->Settings->Password Management->No Password
- The next time when users login on Curtain Client they do not need password

2. Reset Passwords
- Open Curtain Client , In Login dialog box please select "Forget password"
- Input the Authorization String in the "Enter Authorization String" dialog box, then Click "OK". (Authorization String is the sensitive file, so please keep it carefully.)

-now user can set new password of Curtain Client if the Authorization String is input right.
