| Question: | How to reinstall / delete Curtain related services (i.e. Curtain e-locker Server, Client, Web Service, Process Monitor and Helper)?

| Answer: | Curtain e-locker has 4 services. You can follow below steps to reinstall or delete the services.
- Service: Curtain e-locker Server (in Curtain Admin)
- Service: Curtain Web Service (in Curtain Server Plug-in)
- Service: Curtain e-locker Helper (in Curtain Server Plug-in)
- Service: Curtain e-locker Client (in Curtain Client)
Steps to reinstall Curtain related services:
1. Launch Command Prompt (by selecting Start menu > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt)
2. In Command Prompt, use "cd" command to change directory to corresponding directory
3. Enter corresponding commands to reinstall the services
- Reinstall Service: Curtain e-locker Server (in Curtain Admin)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\bin>CrServerSvc -i
- Reinstall Service: Curtain e-locker Helper (in Curtain Server Plug-in)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\bin>CrHelperSvc -i
- Reinstall Service: Curtain e-locker Client (in Curtain Client)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\cbin>CrClientSvc -i
- Reinstall Service: Curtain Web Service (in Curtain Server Plug-in)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\Runtime\tomcat6.0.26\bin>service.bat install
P.S. If found more than one tomcatx.x.xx version folder , Please choose a latest folder.
Steps to delete Curtain related services:
1. Launch Command Prompt (by selecting Start menu > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt)
2. In Command Prompt, use "cd" command to change directory to corresponding directory
3. Enter corresponding commands to delete the services
- Delete Service: Curtain e-locker Server (in Curtain Admin)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\bin>SC Delete CurtainServerSvc
- Delete Service: Curtain e-locker Helper (in Curtain Server Plug-in)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\bin>SC Delete CurtainHelperSvc
- Delete Service: Curtain e-locker Client (in Curtain Client)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\cbin>SC Delete CurtainClientSvc
- Delete Service: Curtain Web Service (in Curtain Server Plug-in)
C:\Program Files\Coworkshop\Curtain 3\Runtime\tomcat6.0.26\bin>service.bat uninstall
P.S. If found more than one tomcatx.x.xx version folder , Please choose a latest folder.
