Question:

How to copy protected files out of protected zone by secure windows explorer?

 
 
Answer:Secure windows explorer included copy protected files out of protected zone functions. There are many ways for administrators to grant permission to users/computers to copy protected files out.
  • Share protected files with others (FAQ 00046)
  • Request files out by approval (FAQ 00232)
  • Copy out (FAQ 00206)
    • Copy out with declaration (FAQ 00261)

When user/computer is authorized to these copy out functions, it will shown in right click menu of secure windows explorer.

P.S. If user/computer is unauthorized to some copy out functions, it will not shown in right click menu. (e.g. not allow copy out and encrypt to anywhere)
