| Question: | An employee is going to leave the company. How to stop this employee to access sensitive documents? |

| Answer: | Read or Edit right should be controlled by backend system (e.g. Windows File Server). Administrators can remove Read right of that user from the backend system.
Actually, with Curtain e-locker, companies do not need to worry about data leakage through ex-staff. General users can only use sensitive information within Protected Zone. Administrators can also define Housekeeping rules to purge sensitive data in Local Protected Directory of users' workstations periodically (For housekeeping, please refer to FAQ 00070). |
